For several years now, I have maintained the activity of drawing from observation of my daily life. That's why I've been collecting notebooks that mix these drawings with writing notes, calculations, and reminders, among other marks. I understand that these notebooks show me, in a dialectical way, the tension between the disciplined act of drawing and the rebellious mistake of the

body that damages the notebook, and that lets itself be affected by the rhythm of life: a future-oriented vision and the dispersion of not knowing where things are going. It starts to interest me to honestly show how life intersects with artistic practice.

I see the drawings growing, and the notebooks being destroyed, with them my grandmother getting old, the atmospheres of the house changing. The act of drawing from observation has always interested me as something personal, and equally sensitive to the marks of time.
